EDITORIAL Lea en Español 2020: pessimism vs optimism January 5, 2021 Houston Texas We will remember the year 2020 - the beginning of the decade - for how different it is from other years. We live very disturbing events; but, they caused very shocking and unprecedented actions that we will remember for a long time. The coronavirus pandemic is the cause of all the ills that afflict us today, leaving in its wake more than twenty million people infected with Covid-19, and to this day, a lethal trail of almost one million eight hundred thousand victims throughout our planet earth. Among other consequences of the pandemic, we witnessed the collapse of the economies of all the countries of the world, some more than others; more poorer people and a few richer; confinement of people with uncertain consequences for young people, who have the greatest negative impact on their educational processes at all levels. Experts say that we have lost a decade of our experiences and learnings...
  EDITORIAL Read in English 2020: Pesimismo vs optimismo Enero 5, 2021 Houston, Texas El año 2020  -principio de década-  lo recordaremos por lo diferente de otros años. Vivimos sucesos muy perturbadores; pero, que provocaron acciones muy impactantes y sin precedentes que recordaremos por mucho tiempo. La pandemia del coronavirus es la causa de todos los males que nos aquejan hoy en día, dejando a su paso más de veinte millones de personas infectadas con el Covid-19, y hasta el día de hoy, una estela letal de casi un millón ochocientas mil víctimas en todo nuestro planeta tierra. Entre otras consecuencias de la pandemia, fuimos testigos del desplome de las economías de todos los países del mundo, unos más que otros; más gente más pobre y unos pocos  más ricos; confinamiento de las personas con inciertas consecuencias para los jóvenes, quienes llevan el mayor  impacto negativo en sus procesos educativos en todos los niveles.
